What your Doula Package would include:

Complete Care $800-

• 4 antenatal visits to your home of approximately 2 hours per visit.
• 24 Hour on-call for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the due date, including unlimited support via phone and email
• Full support in labour with primary Doula for up to 18 hours or whatever is deemed safe.
• Back-up Doula if primary Doula is ill or exhausted
• One postnatal visit to hospital of approximately 1 hour
• One post natal visit to your home of approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.

As Your Doula

• provide you and your partner with information and have unbiased discussions addressing any concerns you or your partner may have.

• provide you with assistance to develop a comprehensive birthing plan, and provide you with relevant articles and references to assist you to make informed decisions.

• provide you with dedicated physical and emotional support and ensure that your partner is empowered and supported, to in turn be able to support you!

• Provide you with support whilst adjusting to life at home with a new born!
